A raid was carried out in a warehouse located inside a gallery in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Once and it would have been carried out for the sale of counterfeit brand clothing and the owner of the place was arrested.

The operation was carried out this Tuesday in the La Unión gallery located on Calle Sarmiento at 2,800 in the aforementioned neighborhood of the City of Buenos Aires.

There, members of the City Police carried out the procedure from dawn in a warehouse and seized thousands of products in violation of the Trademark Law, as well as bags, cars and Styrofoam for the display of lenses.

The operation was carried out after an investigation by the Special Operations and Criminal Investigations Divisions, of the Contraventions and Misdemeanors Department of the City Police. The procedure was ordered by the Criminal Contraventions and Misdemeanors Prosecutor's Office No. 35 of Dr. Celsa Ramírez, while the intervening court is the Criminal, Contraventions and Misdemeanors 1, in charge of Dr. Rodolfo Ariza Clerici.

Meanwhile, police sources reported that the seized material was secured in identified and sealed packages before being transferred in seven vehicles to a warehouse for counting and marking.

The investigators were able to establish that these premises are used to store the merchandise that is sold on public roads in the Once neighborhood, while it was indicated that the detainee is the owner of the gallery.
