Cardholders must request it through the Amex Experiences App

American Express and Aena have signed a strategic agreement whereby holders of their Platinum and Centurion cards will have free access to the 'Fast Track' at the Adolfo Suárez-Madrid Barajas airport, as well as the 'Fast Lane' at other airports of the Aena network that have it.

This 'premium' service will allow customers of the means of payment company to have preferential access to airport boarding areas.

In this way, the American Express Platinum and Centurion products become the first credit cards on the market to include this service without having to meet the requirements of flying in Business class or being members of the premium loyalty levels of the airlines.

This benefit is added to the other advantages offered by these cards. From unlimited access to airport lounges to insurance coverage and access to credit to plan trips with the American Express travel agency.

Aena will offer preferential access to Platinum holders and American Express Centurion

To enjoy this service, which will be available in the coming weeks, cardholders must request it through the Amex Experiences application.

This sponsored agreement also implies the inclusion of personalized signs with the American Express logo in the 'Fast Track' of Terminal 4 of the Madrid airport.

The Platinum American Express card is a product with more than 25 years of existence in Spain. Its holders have access to numerous advantages in the field of gastronomy, well-being, shopping, travel and entertainment.

It also includes access to VIP lounges at airports in more than 140 countries, benefits from loyalty programs, travel insurance and assistance, and the possibility of having an annual credit of 250 euros to use at the travel agency American Express online.

Another advantage is the Membership Rewards Program, which allows members to accumulate points on each purchase and exchange them for Avios, for flights with the main airlines, hotel nights, gift cards and even pay for purchases made with the card with points

Additionally, Platinum also includes insurance for items purchased with the card, which includes repair or replacement costs in the event of damage or theft.
