Jesús Ramírez Cuevas, vocero de la Presidencia de la República, negó que la Consejería Jurídica del Ejecutivo de la Federación (CJEF) haya publicado un código de vestimenta, donde se prohíba el uso de piercings o tatuajes.

A través de redes sociales, el gobierno de México también rechazó que la CJEF haya emitido algún código de vestimenta, como lo afirmó el periódico Reforma.
