Something was missing.When Barack Obama met with Vladimir Putin in June during the G8 summit made in Northern Ireland, the friendly tone was not the only thing that shone by his absence: neither of them had put on tie.The gesture was apparently initiative of the British host and prime minister David Cameron, who pressed to relax the two -day international conference protocol.The new fashion did not go unnoticed by the British press.
However, this was far from being Obama's first public appearance without a tie."Obama uses his suit without a tie.Can you?
